The BEML Management Trainee selection process is conducted in multiple stages to ensure recruitment of the most suitable candidates in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

Computer-Based Written Test (CBT):

Eligibility for BEML Management Trainee Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
- Mechanical (MT-01): Full-time, first-class degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Electrical (MT-02): Full-time, first-class degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Note: Candidates from allied branches of Mechanical/Electrical can also apply. Electronics engineers are eligible under Electrical.
