The BEML Management Trainee selection process is conducted in multiple stages to ensure recruitment of the most suitable candidates in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

1. Computer-Based Written Test (CBT):

   • Duration: 2 hours

   • Subjects: Domain knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical), reasoning ability, and English.

   • Passing Marks: 60% for general category; 55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

   • Candidates must appear at their own cost at the allotted exam center.

   • Admit cards will be available on the BEML Careers page.

2. Interview / Personal Assessment:

   • Candidates who qualify in CBT will be shortlisted for a personal interview.

   • The interview evaluates technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the role.

3. Merit List & Final Selection:

   • Final merit is prepared based on combined performance in CBT and interview.

   • Provisionally selected candidates will receive intimation via email.

4. Document Verification:

   • Any discrepancies or falsification will lead to cancellation of candidature.

5. Medical Examination:

Eligibility for BEML Management Trainee Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification:

• Mechanical (MT-01): Full-time, first-class degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
• Electrical (MT-02): Full-time, first-class degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
• Note: Candidates from allied branches of Mechanical/Electrical can also apply. Electronics engineers are eligible under Electrical.

Minimum Marks:

• General category: 60% in graduation.
• SC/ST category: 55% (relaxation of 5%).
• Candidates with CGPA or credit-based grading must provide the conversion formula to percentage as per university norms.

Salary for BEML Management Trainee 2025 Recruitment

• Basic Pay: ₹40,000/- per month during training (Pay Scale: ₹40,000–1,40,000)
