Educational Qualification

Post Name	Educational Qualification
Assistant Director (Hindi)	The candidate must have completed a post-graduate or master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject, or vice versa. The candidate must have at least 05 years of Hindi terminological and/or translation experience from English to Hindi or vice versa.
Assistant Director (Admin and Finance)	Candidates should have pursued MBA with Personnel specialization from a recognized university/institute. The candidate must have a min. 03yrs of experience in the relevant field.
Assistant Director (Marketing and Consumer Affair)	The candidate must have a marketing MBA, a master’s degree, or a post-graduate diploma in social work or mass communication. The candidate must have at least 05 years of experience in the field.
Personal Assistant	The candidate must have completed a graduate degree. Candidate must have computer skills up to Level-6 on the National Skill Qualification Framework. Short-Hand Writing should be known to the candidate.
Assistant Section Officer	The candidate must have completed a graduate degree. The candidate should be familiar with computer operations.
Assistant (Computer-Aided Design)	The candidate must have completed a Graduate Degree in Science and have at least 05 years of Auto Cad experience as well as practical understanding of typography and draftsmanship in the relevant area. Or Diploma in Engineering in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical with 05 years of experience in Auto CAD and draftsmanship in the relevant discipline
Stenographer	The candidate must have completed a graduate degree. The candidate must be proficient in computer skills up to Level-5 on the National Skill Qualification Framework Short-Hand Writing should be known to the candidate.
Senior Secretariat Assistant	The candidate must have completed a graduate degree. The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs.
Horticulture Supervisor	Matriculation from a recognized board or council is required of the candidate. He or she should be familiar with the job description.
Technical Assistant (Laboratory)	The candidate must have completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Degree in Chemistry/Microbiology with a minimum of 60% (50 percent in the case of SC/ST).
Senior Technician	The candidate should have completed ITI in the following trades: electrician, fitter, carpenter, plumber, turner, and welder. A minimum of two years of practical experience in the relevant sector is required.
