CPRI Recruitment 2021
Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) is an autonomous Society under the Ministry of Power engaged in Research and Development in the fields of generation, transmission, distribution and operation of electricity supply systems. CPRI invites on-line application towards 25 vacant posts across 06 positions. Probation for all the posts will be initially for a period of 2 years, and all these posts carry service benefits and allowances as per Government of India norms.

| Assistant Gr. II (3b) | A University Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science / Management with First Class. Should have studied Hindi as one of the subjects at the Degree Level. English Typing speed of 30 words per minute and Hindi Typing speed of 25 words per minute on Computer. |
| Stenographer Grade III | A University Degree in Commerce / Business Administration/Business Management/Arts with First Class. Stenography with a speed of 80 words per minute and Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English. |

5 Years post qualification experience in areas such as Supervision and assisting in Operation and Maintenance, Testing
of Electrical Equipments.
For Civil Engg:
5 Years post qualification experience in areas such as Supervision of Civil Works,
Knowledge of planning of civil projects such as collecting data, information,
estimation, tendering procedure, Day to
day supervision, coordination, maintenance of the estate, Knowledge of
a statutory requirement like Contract Labour (R&A) and related issue.

Once the candidate submits their application Online, the system will display a link for making Payment of Application Fee online. Candidates have to click on that link and make the payment of the Application fee. Payment may be made through using Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be
entertained.
Candidates applying towards the Engineering Assistant, Technician Gr.2, Assistant Gr. II, Stenographer Grade III positions should pay Rs.200.00 against the application fee. The SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-servicemen/ Women candidates and CPRI Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
