“Amitha, what if I start a coaching Institute”? far away at Sahson, Chandra recalls her own words to her friend.
On a pleasant evening, Amitha and Chandra were walking through the college ground. In a conversation, Chandra shared her thoughts to improve her English communication skill, and Amitha who is good at it, encouraged her to learn.
Chandra faced difficulty in speaking English and realised that many people undergo similar struggles. She started watching YouTube classes, reading English books, and investing time in herself. She also started planning to prepare for B.Ed entrance examination.
Quickly something pop-up, “if these YouTubers can speak English fluently, why can’t I? And if I learn to speak English well, I can teach my Villagers too!” And that has made all the difference.
She discussed her plan to set up a spoken English Institute with Amitha. She was surprised to see her enthusiasm. In October 2021, Chandra joined Entri’s spoken English course conducted by Awal. His dramatic mode of teaching, given activities, and encouragement enhanced her method of learning. She tried her best to achieve her goal to speak English well and teach the needy.
Everything is possible if there is a fiery thought of not stepping back, right? Chandra’s Speaking Class officially started working in January 2022! The support from her parents, siblings and Amitha, and other friends was beyond words. From twenty students, the class strength expanded to nearly a hundred in just four months.
It all started with a dream. The dream of a village girl to educate herself as well as the people around her. From the rustic village of Sahson in Allahabad, an ordinary girl, Chandra Adhikari turned herself into an entrepreneur. This is what Entri aims; enable people to achieve their dream job. And our faculties are determined to do that. Through the stepping stones of Entri’s spoken English tutor Awal, an ordinary village girl like Chandra with limited resources could make her dream into reality. Entri feels proud!
