Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has published a notification for the recruitment of Technical Officer, Central Food Safety Officer, Assistant, Food Analyst, and several other posts. A total number of 233 vacancies has been published which will be filled through the Direct Recruitment Basis for which the phase 2 exam dates has been declared on www.fssai.gov.in. FSSAI CBT 2 Exam is to be conducted on 23rd and 24th September 2022 as per FSSAI Exam Date 2022 Notice published on 27th July 2022.
The first appointment of the selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years. At Authority’s opinion, the probationary period can also be outstretched as per rules. The selected candidates for the respective posts they have registered for may be posted and transferred anywhere in India.

FSSAI Recruitment Nationality
The candidate who wants to apply for FSSAI Recruitment 2022 must be either a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the aim of settling in India forever, or a person of Indian origin who has shifted from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the aim of settling in India forever.

- For every correct answer, 4 Marks would be given and 1 mark will be reduced for every wrong answer.

FSSAI Salary Structure 2022
The selected candidates will be paid a starting basic pay in the Pay Level as specified in the below table and they will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Children Education Allowance, LTC etc, as applicable for Central Government employees. Selected candidates will be managed by the defined contributory National Pension System (NPS) along with the benefit of gratuity.

FSSAI Recruitment 2022 Admit Card
The candidates whose application forms are successfully accepted by FSSAI has been published with the hall ticket to Computer-Based Test-1 through online mode. The FSSAI Admit Card is uploaded on the official website on 28th December 2021. The candidates qualifying in CBT-1 will be issued with admit card for CBT-2.
FSSAI Recruitment 2022 Result
The result with the names/roll numbers of the qualifying candidates in CBT-1 will be published on the official website after the exam is over. The candidates with their names in the result will be eligible for CBT-2 or interview round whichever is the next stage for the selection process.
