Probation Period
- The period of deputation would be initially for two or three years depending upon the post.
- Further extension beyond the stipulated terms would be subject to performance evaluation in the organization.
- The period of deputation, in case of employees already on deputation in another ex-cadre post including the period of deputation held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/Department shall not exceed five years.

Age Limit
The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation for the post of Advisor (Pay Level-14) shall be 58 years and for other posts (below Pay Level-14) shall be 56 years on the last day of receiving of the applications.
Nationality
The candidate applying for FSSAI Recruitment 2022 must be either a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
