Know the Exam
This is the first step involved in the preparation of the exam. Initially or back times there was no eligibility examination required for joining as a teacher in any department. Only the prescribed educational qualification was enough and for government schools the required PSC has to be cracked. But now according to the section 23(1) of the RTE Act the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has prescribed the Central TET (CTET) exam for becoming a teacher of classes 1 to 8. But the state government notified Kerala TET or KTET is mandatory for becoming teachers of classes 1 to 10. As per the government notification the KTET examination has been conducted in the following levels.
