HSSC Canal Patwari Recruitment 2021
The Haryana State Selection Commission, HSSC is inviting applications from the graduates towards the Canal Patwari post in Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Haryana, Panchkula. This online application form is a continuation of the 2019 recruitment notification of the same. In 2019 the notification was out with 1100 vacant posts, and the latest addition to the vacancy is yet to know. The commission will conduct the common written exam of Patwari, Grama Sanchiv and Canal Patwari posts. The preference from the candidates for these posts will be taken online from candidates who will be shortlisted for scrutiny of documents after the declaration of the result of the common written exam.

Patwari Eligibility Criteria
- EducationQualification: Candidates should have completed graduation/ degree from any UGC recognized university it’s equivalent. Candidates should have pursued Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matriculation as one of the subject or Higher Education.
- Age Limit: Candidates age shall be between 18 years and 42 years. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B) as per Haryana Govt. instructions. In the case of PwD General Candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years (15 years for SCs/BCs).

The marks for socio-economic criteria and experience shall be allocated as follows:
- if neither the applicant nor any person from among the applicant’s family viz father, mother, spouse, brother, and Son is, was or has been a regular employee in any Department/Board/ Corporation/ Company/ StatutoryBody/ Commission/ Authority of Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India: 05 Marks
- if the applicant is:-
(i) a widow; or
(ii) the first or the second child and his father had died before attaining the age of 42 years: or
(iii) the first or the second child and his father had died before the applicant had attained the age of 15 years: 05 Marks - If the applicant belongs to such a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of the State of Haryana which is neither a Scheduled Caste nor a Backward Class: 05 Marks
