Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Project Administrative Officer C

All the candidates applying for this post must possess the following essential qualification and experience:

• Graduation from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks.
• Diploma/Degree/Certificate course in Management or Administration from a recognized University/Institute.
• Good Knowledge & command on the use of personal computers and its applications.
• 5 years of service in Level 6 and /or Level 7 and /or Level 8 or with equivalent TME (total monthly emolument).

Project Scientific Officer B (Center Director’s Office)

All the candidates applying for this post must possess the following essential qualification and experience:

• Master’s degree in Science (from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks) in relevant subject/discipline or Engineering Degree (B.E. / B. Tech) (from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks) in relevant subject/discipline. However, the course should be a full time one.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar job profile.

Project Junior Engineer B – Electrical

All the candidates applying for this post must possess the following essential qualification and experience:

• Full time Diploma in Engineering (from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks) in relevant discipline [Electrical Engineering].
• Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Project Junior Engineer B -HVAC –Mechanical

All the candidates applying for this post must possess the following essential qualification and experience:

• Full time Diploma in Engineering (from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks) in relevant discipline [Mechanical Engineering].
• Proficient in the use of personal computers and its applications.
• 2 years of experience in a similar job profile.

Project Junior Engineer B -HVAC –Civil

All the candidates applying for this post must possess the following essential qualification and experience:

• Full time Diploma in Engineering (from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks) in relevant discipline [Civil Engineering].

• 2 years of experience in a similar job profile.

Tradesman B (Temporary) -Civil Plumbing

All the candidates applying for this post must possess any one of the following essential qualification and experience:

• National Trade Certificate (NTC) (with aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in relevant trade/discipline [Plumbing-Civil trade] along with Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar work profile.

OR

• National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) (with aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in relevant trade/discipline [Plumbing-Civil trade] along with Minimum 1 of year experience in the similar work profile.

Tradesman B (Temporary) –Electrical

All the candidates applying for this post must possess any one of the following essential qualification and experience:

• National Trade Certificate (NTC) (with aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in relevant trade/discipline [Electrical trade] along with Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar work profile.

OR

• National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) (with aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in relevant trade/discipline [Electrical trade] along with Minimum 1 year of experience in the similar work profile.

Age Limit

All the aspirants who wish to apply for the aforesaid recruitment notification issued by ICTS, must adhere to the upper age limit as set by ICTS. However, the upper age limit should be as per that available on 01^st of January 2021. Moreover, relaxation will be given to all the deserving candidates.

All the eligible and interested candidates who wish to apply for the posts of Project Administrative Officer, Project Scientific Officer and Project Junior Engineer shall submit their applications online by logging into the web portal of International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS). Here are some of the simple steps to be followed during the application process:

1. Firstly, visit the official website of International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS).
2. Then, find the ‘Online Application’ tab on the homepage.
3. Next, click on the tab which opens up to a new page.
4. Now, fill the form with all the essential details.
5. Also, upload all the necessary documents such as identity proof, age proof, educational qualifications, experience certificate, etc
6. Finally, click on submit and take a print out of the application for future reference.

However, all the candidates who wish to apply for the post of tradesman are requested to attend the Walk-In Interview that is scheduled on 07^th of May 2021 at ICTS, Bangalore. All the candidates must ensure to carry the following documents during the interview.

• Identity Proof (Adhar Card / Election Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License).
• Date of birth/ Proof of age.
• Educational Qualification (all mark sheets and certificates).
• Experience certificate/s.
• Relevant certificate in support of age relaxation (for example ex-servicemen, persons with benchmark disabilities etc.)
