IOCL Electrical Engineer Reservation Policy 2025
IOCL follows the Government of India directives for reservation of vacancies for OBC (NCL), SC, ST, EWS, and PwBD categories. Candidates claiming reservation must have valid certificates in the latest prescribed format issued by the competent authority.

- OBC (NCL): Must belong to the central list and not be in the “creamy layer.” Certificate should be issued on or after 01.04.2025. Maharashtra candidates require a valid Caste Validity Certificate.

1. Educational Qualification:
