Karnataka TET Result 2022 released on 14th December 2022. The Karnataka School Education Department will release the KARTET 2022 results once the Karnataka TET Exam 2022 is completed successfully. How to Download Karnataka TET 2022 Result?

Follow the steps given below to download KAR TET 2022 results.

  • To access the official website, go to schooleducation.kar.nic.in
  • Navigate to the homepage and then click on the “KARTET-2022 – Results” link available there.
  • On the display screen, a new page will appear.
  • Fill in your application number and date of birth, and then submit it.
  • The Karnataka TET 2022 results will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download the result PDF and save it into the device. Print them for future reference.

Karnataka TET 2022 Answer Key

The KARTET answer key 2022 will be made available shortly after the exam. The provisional answer key will be released first to allow candidates to submit objections. Then after making necessary corrections, KAR TET’s final answer key will be released. The final answer key will be used to determine the KARTET result in 2022.

Karnataka TET 2022 Certificate

The School Education Department of Karnataka will award a KARTET certificate to all successful candidates. The KARTET certificate must include the participant’s name and address, date of birth, registration number, year/month of certificate award, and the marks obtained for each paper. The KARTET 2022 qualifying certificate will be valid for seven years from the date of its results announcement.

Karnataka TET 2022 Qualifying Marks

There will be no negative marks for the KARTET 2022. A person who scores 60% or higher on the KARTET examination is considered ‘KARTET qualified’ or ‘KARTET passed’. These are the qualifying scores for all categories.

  • 60% i.e. 90 marks is the qualifying mark for the candidates who belong to the general category.
  • 55% i.e. 82 marks is the qualifying mark for the candidates who belong to the SC category, ST category and OBC category.

Karnataka TET 2022 Selection Process

The Centralized Admission Cell (CAC), Office of the Commissioner of Public Instruction, Bangalore, Karnataka, administers the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KARTET). The main goal of the KARTET exam is to determine the eligibility of candidates who want to teach in Karnataka’s government schools in grades 1 to 8. The KARTET consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. KARTET Paper 1 is for candidates who want to teach at the lower primary level (Classes 1–5), whereas Paper 2 is for candidates who want to teach at the upper primary level (Classes 6 to 8). Candidates who have passed the KARTET are given a certificate of eligibility. These exams are conducted in offline mode. See the detailed KARTET exam pattern 2022 below.

Child Pedagogy, Social Studies, Language I, Language II, and Mathematics are the 5 subjects coming in the syllabus of the Karnataka TET exam paper 1. The exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions that must be solved in 2 hours and 30 minutes. Each question is worth one point.

The paper 2 exam is for aspirants who want to tutor at the higher primary level in Karnataka state Government Schools. Except for the section on Science, the sections are same as that of the ones in Paper 1. The paper consists of 150 one-mark MCQs that must be solved in 2 hours and 30 minutes.
