• 18 to 40 years (born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2006).
• Relaxation available for OBC, SC/ST, and eligible categories.
• Maximum age after relaxation: 50 years.

2. Educational Qualifications

1. Mandatory:
   • Degree in Botany or Zoology.
   • B.Ed./BT in the concerned subject.
   • K-TET Category III qualification.
2. Equivalent Qualifications:
   • Recognized degrees such as B.Sc. Biotechnology + B.Ed. in Natural Science, or equivalent courses listed in the government orders.
   • Exemptions from K-TET for candidates with C-TET, NET, SET, M.Phil, Ph.D., or M.Ed.

• Written tests (Descriptive/OMR) will be in Malayalam, and answers must also be in Malayalam.
