As of now, the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has not officially announced the release date for the Scientific Officer Physics Rank List 2025. The shortlist, published on the PSC website, includes 74 candidates who are provisionally eligible for the interview, pending document verification.
The final rank list will be released after the completion of interviews and the verification process. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official KPSC website’s Ranked List section for updates. Notifications regarding the rank list will also be communicated through profile messages and SMS.

Kerala PSC Scientific Officer Physics Cut Off Marks 2025
As per the official notification, 9 candidates who secured the topmost marks in the OMR examination have been included in the Main List of the Scientific Officer (Physics) Shortlist. The cut-off mark for the Main List is 53.67 marks.
This means that candidates who scored 53.67 or above in the OMR test were shortlisted under the general category. In addition, Supplementary Lists have been prepared to satisfy reservation norms by including candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and other eligible reserved categories based on lower mark ranges.

The Kerala PSC Scientific Officer Physics cut-off marks are influenced by:

Important Instructions for Candidates in Scientific Officer Physics Shortlist 2025
- Document Verification: All candidates included in the shortlist must attend One Time Verification (OTR) in person. The date, time, and venue for verification will be informed through profile messages and SMS. Failing to produce original documents or defective applications will lead to removal from the shortlist without further notice.
- Reservation Certificates Required:

OBC Candidates must submit a valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (as per G.O. guidelines).

SC/ST Candidates should produce a digitally signed Community Certificate issued by a Tahsildar or higher authority.

EWS Candidates must submit the EWS certificate as per the government order dated 12.02.2020.

- OMR Answer Sheet Access: Candidates can request a copy of their OMR answer script from the exam held on 29-11-2024, after the publication of the Ranked List, by paying the prescribed fee.
- No Invalidations: As per official notification (No: ER I-3/2/2025-KPSC dated 03/04/2025), no candidates have been invalidated from the shortlist.
