Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) 2022 is an entrance exam held for admission in government law colleges and government merit seats in private self-financing law colleges. The law courses for which KLEE is held are 3 years LLB, 5 years LLB and LLM. Candidates who pass the exam can participate in the KLEE centralised allotment process (CAP) for the allotment of seats in the law colleges. There are 4 law colleges and around 20 private self-financing law colleges in Kerala that participate in CAP.
The exam is held in a computer-based test format at various test centres in the state of Kerala. In the KLEE exam, 200 MCQ type questions are asked. The total marks on the paper are 600 and the exam duration is 2 hours. Separate exams are held for 3 years LLB, 5 years LLB and LLM course.

KLEE Result 2022
The Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala will declare the KLEE 2022 result soon after the release of the answer key. The result of KLEE 2022 for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB will be announced online at – cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates will be able to download their result and scorecard by logging into the admission portal for KLEE 2022. The result of KLEE 2022 will carry details such as the candidate’s name, marks obtained in the examination, rank, qualifying status and other relevant information.
CEE Kerala will hold the KLEE 2022 exam in June 2022. Prospectus of the exam will be also released separately for 3 years LLB, 5 years LLB and LM courses. Subsequently, CEE will be rolling out the notification for various KLEE 2022 events like admit card, answer key, result, etc. All the notifications will be announced separately for the 3 courses. Events for all the 3 courses will be also held on different dates.

Download KLEE Result 2022
The scorecard is to be downloaded and kept safe for KLEE 2022 counselling. Scorecard includes the scores of the candidates in the exam in a detailed format. It is published under the respective logins of the candidates. The candidates whose names appear in the KLEE rank list can take part in the counselling process. The rank list for admission to the course is published on the basis of the total marks secured by the candidates in KLEE. It is published a few days after the scorecards are published.

Steps to Download KLEE Result 2022
- Firstly, Visit the official web portal of CEE Kerala @http://www.cee-kerala.org/
- Click on KLEE 2022 result link given in the notification section.

- Enter your KLEE 2022 application number and password to login to access results.
- The result card will appear on the screen with details of your qualifying status.
- You can download the result-cum rank card and get printouts of the same for future references.
KLEE 2022 – Score Card
Along with the results, the marks will be available in the form of a scorecard on the official website of the CEE, Kerala. Scorecard includes the scores of the candidates in the exam in a detailed format. It is published under the respective logins of the candidates. KLEE Result 2022 – Tie-breaker Rule
The exam officials will rank such candidates who have secured similar marks by following a tie-breaker process as given below.
In 3 years LLB and 5 years LLB:
- The candidate securing higher marks in the part ‘Aptitude for legal Studies’ of the Entrance Examination is placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie persists, candidates with higher marks in the part ‘English’ of the Entrance Examination are placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie still exists, the age of the candidate is considered, the elder being placed higher in the ranking than the younger.
In LLM:
- Candidates who score higher marks in Part A of the Entrance Examination are placed higher in the rank list.
- If the tie still persists, the age of the candidate is considered, the elder being preferred to the younger.
KLEE 2022 Result- Rank list
The CEE, Kerala will release the KLEE 2022 rank list along with the result of KLEE 2022. After the KLEE result is out, the candidates whose names appear in the KLEE rank list have to look out for the option registration process.
The rank list for admission to the course is published on the basis of the total marks secured by the candidates in KLEE. It is published a few days after the scorecards are published. The KLEE rank list will carry the names, roll numbers and marks of all candidates who appeared in the examination.
Separate category–wise lists are also published for SEBC / SC / ST Reservation, Special Reservation, Person with Disability etc. Options can be registered only through the website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates have to register their options under the candidate login. The candidate can log on to their login page by entering their application number and password.
The rank list will be useful for counselling and seat allotment which is mainly conducted based on merit cum preference criteria. To succeed and involved within the rank list for admission to the Integrated Five Year LLB Course, a General category aspirant should get a minimum of 10% of total marks within the entrance exam , and an applicant from SC/ ST category would get a minimum of 50%.
KLEE 2022 Counselling
KLEE 2022 counselling is a single-window seat allotment process. Seats in all the law colleges are allotted via this centralised allotment process – CAP. In online counselling, candidates have to first register their options within the given deadline, then check the allotment result, and report to the college allotted for admission fee payments and document verification.
The entire counselling process of KEE 2022 is online. However, document verification and payment of the admission fee is to be done by reporting at the allotted colleges.

- Click on the counselling link.
- Log into using your roll no, application number, and password.
- Upon login, the candidate will have to select courses and colleges from the available options.
- Options have to be entered in the order of preferences.
- Submit the selection.
- Take a printout of the option list selected.
- After the stipulated time for candidates to fill the options is over, candidates will be able to find the colleges and courses allotted to them.
- As final steps, candidates will have to pay the fees at the allotted college on the stipulated date to finalize their admissions.
KLEE selection process
Based on the KLEE 2022 exam, candidates will be shortlisted for counselling and the seat allotment process. The KLEE counselling will be conducted in three or more rounds and admissions to the UG courses will be offered on the basis of merit cum preference.

KLEE 2022 Result- Cut-off Marks
The KLEE 2022 cutoff would be released at the time of counseling and seat allotment. To be able to make it to the KLEE rank list 2022, candidates need to qualify in the entrance exam. There are minimum marks to qualify in the 3 years LLB and 5 years LLM entrance exam. However, there is no such requirement in the LLM course.
