Selection Process LIC AE 2020
Selection process of Assistant Engineers for Life Insurance Cooperation of India (LIC) involves a three tiered process and followed by Pre-recruitment Medical examination.
- Phase – I: Preliminary Examination
- Phase – II: Main Examination
- Interview
LIC AE 2020 Exam Pattern
LIC AE 2020 Exam involves Preliminary Exam and Main Examination. Below we have tabulated the exam pattern and syllabus for both Preliminary and Main Examination.
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination Exam Pattern
Preliminary Examination will consists of objective type questions and will be conducted online. The test consists of three subjects with separate timings for each subject. And the medium of exam will be in English & Hindi.

Note:- English Language test will be of qualifying nature and the marks in English Language will not be counted for ranking. Also Candidates equal to 20 times of number of vacancies in each category, subject to availability, will be shortlisted for Main examination.
Phase-II Main Examination Exam Pattern:
Main examination will be of objective type for 300 marks. Examination will be held online.
