MPTET Posts List 2022

Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (MPTET) is a state level offline eligibility test held annually by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB). The exam is conducted for recruiting candidates who are interested in the teaching profession.

Based on their performance in the MPTET exam the selected candidates will be appointed as teachers at the Primary, Middle and High Schools in the state of Madhya Pradesh itself. This year the MPTET test will be conducted tentatively in June and the online application form for the MPTET registration is expected to be available tentatively in March 2022.

MPTET Post List 2022

This year the MPPEB, well known as Vyapam, is conducting the MPTET exam for hiring teachers to Government Primary (class 1 to 5) and Upper Primary (class 6 to 8) Schools across the state. Like every other year this year too the MPPEB is expecting 1000+ vacancies for both the posts across the state.

In short, through MPTET recruitment exam the MPPEB is hiring candidates to mainly two main posts; Teachers for Primary Class and Upper Primary Class.

MPTET Selection Process 2022

The MPTET selection process includes two stages-  Written Exam and Document Verification. The candidates who have cleared both the stages will be appointed to their qualified teaching position.

MPTET Post Wise Exam Details 2022

The offline MPTET exam consists of two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. The aspirants who are planning to apply for the post of primary school teacher (class 1 to 5) will have to attend Paper 1 exam and those who are aiming to apply for upper primary school teacher (class 6 to 8) will have to take Paper 2 exam.  For both the papers each question carries 1 mark and unlike other government exams, MPTET will not deduct any marks for the wrong answers.

MPTET Post Wise Exam Pattern 2022

The  MPTET exam pattern for Paper 1 and 2 is as shown below:

Paper 1 (Teachers for Class 1 to 5)

NB: Total duration for Paper 1 is 2.5 hours

Paper 2 (Teachers for Class 6 to 8)

NB: Total duration for Paper 2 is 2.5 hours

Document Verification.

Once the candidate has cleared the exam the concerned documents will be verified by the MPPEB and the candidate will be appointed as per the post availability/vacancy.

• Necessary Documents.

For Primary Teacher:

Prospective candidates must be qualified 12th class with 50% marks from a recognized board. In addition to this they must hold a diploma degree from a recognized university as well.

For Secondary Teacher:

Aspiring candidates should have a B.Ed. degree with graduation from a recognized university with 50% marks.

NB: The aspirants should always remember that the MPTET exam certificate has lifelong validity.
