NIMHR Recruitment 2021 – Eligibility criteria
Age Limit
Group A
- Maximum age limit for Deputy registrar – 45 years
- For all other posts coming under group A – 40 years
Group B
- Maximum age limit for Librarian and store purchase manager – 35 years
- Maximum age limit for all other posts under Group B – 30 years
Educational Qualification
Assistant Professor (Psychiatric Nursing)
- Msc in Psychiatric Nursing from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- 4 years teaching experience in relevant field
- 3 publications
Assistant Professor (Clinical Psychology)
- Mphil in clinical psychology or Medical and social psychology from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- 3 publications
- Valid RCI registration
- 4 years teaching experience in relevant field
Assistant Professor (Psychiatry)
- MD/DNB in psychiatry from any recognized university
- 4 years teaching experience in relevant field
- 3 publications
Assistant Professor (Psychiatric social work)
- Mphil in psychiatric social work from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- 3 publications
- 4 years teaching experience in relevant field
Deputy Registrar
- Masters degree from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- Working experience of 15 years in administration, finance and accounts under central/state government
Assistant Librarian
- Bachelor’s degree in library science/ information science from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- 3 years working experience in library under public/private organization
Store and purchase officer
- Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- Working knowledge in computer applications
- 5 years working experience relating to administration or procurement under central/state government.
Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounts or other related subjects dealing with financial management from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- 2 years working experience in public or other reputed organizations dealing with accounts or other related field in financial management.
Administrative Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- 2 years working experience in matters relating to administration establishment, vigilance etc
- Working knowledge of computers
Personal Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with at least 55% marks
- Shorthand test, dictation and transcription
- Knowledge of microsoft office
- 2 years working experience in public/private organization.

The Selection Process will based on Written Test/Interview

The Demand Draft of Rs 500 drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of NIMHR, Sehore should be submitted along with the application. No Application Fee is prescribed for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women/PH category.
