UPDATE: Last Date for Online Registration has been again extended to 31st March 2018 for RRB ALP & Group D Application.
RRB Group D 2018 Recruitment Notification officially released for 62907 vacancies. Eligible applicants can apply for RRC recruitment 2018 via RRB’s official website. The application form will be available from 10th February 2018 to 12th March 2018.
RRB Group D 2018 Notification
The candidates should have completed 10th class or ITI from an NCVT/ SCVT recognized institution or equivalent or NAC – National Apprenticeship Certificate granted by NCVT and the age of the applicant must be in between 18 to 31 years to apply for RRB Group Vacancies.
1. RRB Group D 2018 Recruitment
Railway Recruitment Board of India has released 62907 Vacancy in Group D Department for Fitter, Welder, Gateman, Track Maintainer, Helper post. 2. RRB Group D 2018 Application
RRB Group D 2018 online application form will available from 10th February 2018 to 12th March 2018 on Indian railway’s official website. The applicants need to fill up all the required details and information and make the payment for registration. After the successful online registration, the candidate must note their registration number and password which will be required for downloading the RRB Group D admit card and as well as to check results.
3. Application fee:
General / OBC candidates: Rs 500/-
SC/ST/All Females/Minorities/Ex-Servicemen/ PWD candidates: Rs 250/-
Fee payment can be done online using any credit card/debit card/net banking until 12th March 2018. Candidates can also pay application form fee via challan by visiting any branch of the SBI and India Post. Candidate must complete the RRB Group D online registration process and fee payment before the last date to avoid the last minute rush.
Aadhar Card is mandatory to apply for RRB Group D 2018 exam. While applying online, candidates must upload the scanned copy of photograph and signature as per specifications mentioned in notification above, followed by verification of the details and submit the online application.
After submitting the application, it will redirect to the Payment section where they will have to pay the mandatory application fee before the final submission in online using Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/etc. At last, the candidate will be asked to print out the filled RRB Group D application form for the future purpose.
4. Eligibility Criteria
To apply online for the RRB Group D exam, the candidate should obey the following eligibility criteria.
1. Age Limit As on 01-07-2018
The minimum age of the applicant should be 18 years and upper age should not be above 31 years. However, the reserved category candidates and Railway Group C & D staff serving with a minimum of 3 years of service will get additional age relaxation.
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 31 years
2. Age Relaxation
The Age Relaxation for RRB Group D 2018 post will be applicable to reserve category applicants only and the same mentioned below.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non – Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Railway Staff (Group C & D): 10 years
- PWD (General): 10 years
- PWD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PWD (OBC): 13 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years
- Widows, Divorced Women: 5 years
3. RRB Group D education qualification
The candidates should have completed 10th class or ITI from an NCVT/ SCVT recognized institution or equivalent or NAC – National Apprenticeship Certificate granted by NCVT.
4. Medical Standards
The applicant should ensure that they must satisfy the prescribed medical standards for RRB Group D vacancy 2018. For each post separate medical standards applicable, for more details on this refer the official notification.

6. Syllabus
RRB Group D 2018 Syllabus for Computer Based Test consists of General Science, Mathematics and General Intelligence & Reasoning sections for 100 marks and within a duration of 90 minutes. A total of 100 multiple choice based questions will be given and each question equally carries 1 mark. The candidates need to qualify the exam by securing cut off marks to be decided by the respective railway recruitment board.

7. Admit Card
To download the admit card of RRB Group D 2018 exam, Candidates must follow the given steps.
Step 1: Go to RRB official website of rrbonlinereg.in
Step 2: Select your respective region or board and click on download call letter.
Step 3: Enter required details such as registration number and date of birth then click on “submit”.
Step 4: Finally, download your generated e-call letter or RRB Group D Admit card 2018 and take a print out.
The RRB Group D 2018 exam result will be out in August 2018 and the results will be published on the concerned regional website of Railway recruitment cell board. Candidates have to log in with their registration number and password (birth date) to know the status of the result.
