SJVN Apprentice Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
| Discipline/Trade | Academic Qualification |
| Graduate Apprentices | Full-time degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant branch, from Institute/ University recognized by AICTE. |
| Technician (Diploma) Apprentices | Full-time Diploma in Engineering/Technology in relevant branch, from Institute/ University, recognized by AICTE/ Board of Technical Education of State. |
| Technician (ITI) Apprentices | ITI Passed from any recognised university |
- The candidates who after the completion of their education have undergone training or job experience of one year or more shall not be considered eligible for apprenticeship training.
- Even if the gap between the declaration of result and the commencement of training is more than three years, the candidate will be declared not eligible.
- Only Candidates who are domicile of Himachal Pradesh are eligible to apply. Candidates who have undergone apprentice training in SJVN need not apply.
Age Limit (as on15/03/2021)
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Age relaxation to SC/ST: 05 years
- Age relaxation to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 03 years
- Age relaxation to PWDs: 10 years
Application Fees
- The candidates have to pay the Application Fee of Rs. 100/-
- SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates are exempted from the application fees.
