For the candidates to apply for the TSTET examination I 2022, they have to possess certain eligibility criteria. Here is the detailed eligibility that each candidate should possess for applying for the TSTET examination. The separate qualification for Paper 1 and Paper 2 are given below.

Paper 1

• Candidates should have qualified class XII or equivalent with at least 50% of the aggregate mark. For SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates, the minimum percentage is 45.
• Candidates should have a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (B El Ed)/ two-year Diploma in Special Education.

OR

• Candidates should have cleared class XII or equivalent with at least 45% marks. For SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates, the minimum percentage is 40.
• Candidates should have a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ four-year Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education (B El Ed)/ two-year Diploma in Special Education.

Paper 2

• Candidates should have passed BA/ BSc. / B.Com with a minimum of 50% aggregate. For SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates, 45% of aggregate marks are eligible.
• Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.)/ Bachelor of Education specializing in Special Education.

OR

• Candidates must have passed BA/BSc. / B.Com with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates can apply with 40% aggregate marks.
• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) / Bachelor of Education specializing in Special Education.

OR

• Candidates should have cleared four-year BA Ed / BSc. Ed course with at least 50% aggregate marks. SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD candidates can apply with 45% aggregate marks.

OR

• Candidates should have qualified Bachelor of Oriental Language or its equivalent/Graduation in Literature/ Graduation with Language as one of the optional subjects/ Post-graduation in the language concerned.
• Candidates should also have a Language Pandit Training Certificate or cleared B.Ed. with Language concerned as one of the methodologies. This criterion applies to language teachers only.
• Candidates appearing for the final year B Ed examination/ Diploma in Elementary Education are also eligible to apply for TSTET 2022

TS TET Application Form 2022

The candidate must register by going to the official website. The candidate must have a valid and unique email id and phone number. The candidate must have a scanned photo and signature with a white background in JPEG or JPG size. The face must be shown clearly. The candidate must also have all the necessary documents scanned to upload if required. The candidate must be careful about submitting the application form as the details cannot be changed later. How To Apply Online For TS TET Exam 2022?

The name of the examination is Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TSTET). The mode of examination is Offline. The conducting authority is the Department of School Education, Telangana Government. The duration of Exam Paper-I is 150 minutes. The duration of Paper-II is 150 minutes. The purpose of the exam is to select eligible candidates for teaching posts at schools under the Telangana government. The Official Website will be active only during the time of commencement of registration. The mode to apply for the exam is online through the official website. The steps are as follows:

• Visit the official website of TSTET @tstet.cgg.gov.in.
• Click on the link “Apply online” given on the website.
• Fill in the details like mobile number, name, date of birth, etc. that are asked on the official website, and also make sure that the details that you have entered are correct.
• Pay the TSTET registration fees through any online payment gateway.
• Keep the transaction ID that will be received after completion of the application fee payment for future reference.
• A provisional registration number and Password will be sent to the registered email ID of the candidate. On successful registration, log in using the registration number and password that is been sent to the applicant via email.
• Fill in the application form giving out the personal details, contact details and educational qualifications.
• Select the option for Paper-I or Paper-II or both Paper-I and Paper-II.
• Upload the scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and the required documents that is been asked in the application portal.

• The candidate must pay INR 200 towards TS TET registration. This holds for all candidates and is no different for the SC/ST/OBC/Differently-abled candidates.

TS TET Exam Pattern 2022

TSTET examination follows certain examination patterns ad syllabus. Here are the details that every candidate has to know regarding the TSTET examination and the syllabus.  TSTET examination consists of two papers namely, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper I of the TSTET examination is for candidates who wish to apply for a teaching post in the primary section (standard I to V). Paper-II of the TSTET examination is for candidates who want to apply for teaching positions in the second section (standard VI to VIII). Those candidates who want to apply for both primary and secondary sections should qualify in both paper I, and paper II of the examination. Each correct answer in the TSTET exam is awarded 1 mark. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

TS TET Exam Centres 2022

Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test 2022 exam will be held in all 33 Districts of Telangana. Aspirants need to choose the TS TET exam centre district of their choice while filling out the application form. If the capacity of any particular examination centre gets exhausted, that particular exam centre will not be displayed on the list given in the online application form.
