- The board members do not know your name as you are given a random number when you enter the interview waiting hall. You will have to submit the slip having the random number to the interview board.
- The board members don’t know your home state. Therefore it reduces the chance of giving less marks to Non UP domiciled candidates.
The board chairman starts the interview by asking about your education. They never ask your name and your home state. You should not tell them unnecessarily.
