UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years as of July 1, 2021.

Educational Qualification
Samiksha Adhikari (Account)
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce with Accountancy from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
- ‘O’ Level certificate in computer application from an Institute recognized by the Government.
- Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script.
Samiksha Adhikari (Hindi)
Bachelor’s degree with Hindi Literature or Sanskrit Literature as one of the subjects from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
Samiksha Adhikari (Urdu)
- Bachelor’s degree with Arabic Literature or Persian Literature or Urdu Literature as one of the subjects from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
- Provided that the requirement of having taken Urdu Literature or Persian Literature or Arabic Literature shall not be necessary in case of a candidate who has passed the Adib-e-Kamil Examination of Jamia Urdu Aligarh.
Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (Account)
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce with Accountancy from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
- ‘O’ Level certificate in Computer Application from an Institute recognized by the Government.
- Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script.
- Graduate degree in commerce with Accountancy from a University recognized by law in India.
Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari
U.P. Secretariat/Board of Revenue, U.P./Office of Chief Election Officer, U.P
- Bachelor’s degree from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
- “O” Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society or a qualification equivalent thereto.
- Must possess a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
- Preference shall be given to a candidate knowing English Typewriting
U.P. Public Service Commission
- Bachelor’s degree from a University established by the Law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
- Must possess a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting.

The total number of vacancies for General Recruitment are 228 and for Special Recruitment are 109. Under the Special Recruitment 04 vacancies (S.C02, O.B.C-02) for the post of Samiksha Adhikari (Account), U.P Secretariat, and 105 vacancies (S.C-50, S.T-07, O.B.C-48) for the post of Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari, U.P Secretariat.

UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment 2021: Apply Online
- Visit the website of UPPSC and check the ‘Activity Dashboard’.
- Click on the link- ‘Live Advertisement: – click here to apply for advt.no. A-2/E-1/2021, Samiksha Adhikari/ Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (GEN./SPL. RECT.) Exam. – 2021’.
- To apply online for notification, click on the link ‘Apply’ against the notification.
- The Candidate Registration page will be opened.
- Fill the Basic Registration form. Click on the ‘Edit’ button and ensure the required corrections/ modifications.
- After being fully satisfied with all the information filled in, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- After submission Print Registration Slip.
Secondly, complete the fee payment. ‘Click here to proceed for payment’.
