According to the latest news updates, NTA ( National Testing Agency) extends the last date of application form submission of ICAR AIEEA 2020 till May 15. Previously the application submission dates were between 1st March to 30th April 2020. The extension in dates is due to the present scenario of COVID-19 breakout and allied issues. The revised date allows many candidates who were unable to complete and submit the NTA ICAR NET 2020 registration.

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) conducts All India Entrance Examinations (AIEE) for admission to UG, PG and Ph.D. courses in AUs, and award of scholarships and fellowships. The conduction of exams is the responsibility of the NTA from 2019 onwards.

NTA ICAR NET 2020: Application Procedure
Now, let us check the application procedure for the NTA ICAR NET 2020. Candidates can apply for AIEEA (UG/ UG/ PG/ Ph.D.) 2020 in Online Mode only on the website https://icar.nta.nic.in.
Candidates must ensure that the E-mail address and mobile number are correctly provided in the Online Application Form. As all the information/communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the e-mail address or SMS on the given Mobile Number only.
- Candidates should register themselves before filling the application form.
- Enter the details like the Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, type of Identification, Gender, Address, City, State, District, E-mail address, Mobile Number, Password, and Security question.
- Now fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application Number.
- Then upload the documents like- Photograph (file size: 10 kb – 200 kb) , Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb – 30kb) and Thumb impression (file size: 3kb-30kb) in JPG/JPEG format.
- The fourth step is the Fee payment. This can be made through SBI/Syndicate/HDFC Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI and keep proof of fee paid.
- All the 4 Steps can be done together or at separate times.
Important Documents Needed at the time of filling Online Application are:
- ID card (Aadhar Card/ Voter’s ID/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card)
- Class 10 mark sheet and certificate for date of birth
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Scanned photograph, signature and thumbprint
- Credit or debit card details (for payment of fee)

How to Download Admit Card?
Previously, it was told that the admit card can be downloaded from the NTA site from 8th May 2020. But due to the present situations, the last date of application submission has extended. So, the admit card downloaded date too will be postponed.
- Firstly, visit the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA). Else candidates can get updations through Entri and can download through the link provided through Entri.
- Click on the ICAR (Agriculture) tab.
- Click on the ICAR Website & Registration tab.
- Click on the ‘ICAR AIEEA admit card’ link on the screen.
- Enter login details like application number and password/ application number and date of birth.
- Click on either of the admit card downloading options – application number, date of birth, and password.
- Click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
- View ICAR AIEEA UG/ PG/ Ph.D. hall ticket.
- Download the admit card for ICAR AIEEA 2020.
- Take the print of AIEEA to admit card and keep it for future references.
