In February 2021, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has published the notification for the Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Services (PCS). The PCS ACF/RFO recruitment drive 2021 is being conducted to fill a total of 416 vacancies, of which, 400 posts are for PCS, 1 for ACF, and 15 for RFO. The Assistant Forest Officer Selection process has three stages of screening: Preliminary Examination (Objective Type & Multiple choice), Main Examination (Conventional Type), and Viva- Voce/ Interview (Personality Test). UPPSC ACF RFO Previous Year Papers
In February 2021, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has invited online applications for Combined State/Upper Subordinate Service (PCS), Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF), and Range Forest Officer (RFO). The notification was out with 261 vacancies, and unfortunately, the ACF-Assistant Conservator of Forest has only one vacancy. Candidates who hold a bachelors degree with at least one of the subject namely Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geology, Forestry, Statistics, Agriculture or Engineering are eligible for the UPPSC ACF positions.
The UPPSC will conduct two stages of written test for the screening. The Preliminary exam has two papers (Paper-I & Paper-II) with objective type questions for 200 marks each. Similarly, the UPPSC ACF Mains exam will be a descriptive type exam for a total of 1400 marks.
