The envelope which contains the application form must be super-scribed with the post to which the application is filling. “Post Applied For ………..”. If one wants to apply for more than one post, she/ he should send separate applications for each of these posts along with separate demand drafts (if applicable.)

- A duly filled in Application Form in the prescribed format is given below
- A recent passport size photograph
- Photocopies of documents to support the date of birth, caste, qualification, experience, salary etc
- A Demand Draft based on the post and communities, payable to Alliance Air Aviation Limited, payable at New Delhi for all posts, except for SC/ ST candidates. Candidates should produce a demand draft of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) for posts except for the Senior Supervisor – Medical. For the Senior Supervisor post candidates are required to pay the Demand Draft amount of Rs 1000/.
