1. Every year, how many IAS officers are hired?
Ans: In the Civil Service Exam, there are a total of 180 IAS positions. For many years, the number has remained steady, and it will continue to do so until the IAS officer shortfall is resolved.
2. Every year, how many IPS officers are hired?
Ans: The UPSC announcement would have 200 IPS officer jobs because the number of IPS posts was enhanced to 200 last year.
3. What is the schedule for the IAS Mains Exam?
Ans: The IAS Mains test is broken into two sessions over the course of five days. From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the afternoon session is held. There will be an afternoon session from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
4. What is the minimum age to sit for the IAS exam in 2022?
As on August 1, 2022, an aspirant must be at least 21 years old and no more than 32 years old. The candidate must have been born on or before August 02, 1989, and no later than August 01, 2000.
