Duties and Responsibilities of a Billing Engineer

You will play a key role in our finance department as a Billing Engineer, . The Billing Engineer is responsible for reviewing and processing all billing documents, tracking project costs, and communicating with customers to resolve billing issues.

• Preparation of invoices along with invoices and tender costs
• Get the authentication statement from the client.
• Create and process subcontractor invoices
• Data entry and analysis in ERP or SAP software (if your company uses it)
• Checking contractors’ invoices This includes verifying measurements on site and confirming prices with bidders.
