BPSC AAO Promotions
The candidates who are selected after the recruitment process will have a probation period. The probation period will last for 2 years. The officers during the probation period will receive apt training. The officers are supposed to pass the hurdles of the departmental examinations. A pre-confirmation training of 9 months will be there and the candidates are supposed to pass the training. The pre-confirmation period includes 9 months of hardcore training. The training usually involves 6 months of practical training combined with 3 months of theoretical training. The probation period will be extended until the candidates clear the exam. The pre-confirmation period is the most essential criterion that the officers should crack. If the selected candidates who are moving through the pre-confirmation period are unable to crack the exam even after the extinction, such candidates shall be removed from the service.

BPSC AAO Growth Opportunities and Responsibilities
BPSC Assistant Audit Officers are deemed to be eligible for the post only after the confirmation test. The work experience is the most essential criterion that should be noted. The selected candidates have to go through a probation period of two years and the candidates should acquire the skills in the work.
