The BPSC CCE resembles the pattern of the UPSC examination. The exam consists of three phases:

• Prelims
• Mains
• Interview

For the Mains preparation, the candidate should go through the topics like,

General Hindi

• Essay – 30 marks
• Grammar – 30 marks
• Syntax – 25 marks
• Summary – 15 marks

The candidates can relax! There is no negative marking in the preliminary exams. The two-hour exam will be having 150 marks in total.  And this pre-exam is of qualifying type, you just want to crack the cut-off!
