Resolution of Tie
If in case, two candidates in the same category score equal marks in the examination then the commission would use the tie-breaker criterion. The rules that will be used to determine the merit of the candidates in case there is a tie is as given below
- Age criteria- Candidates older in age will be preferred.
- If tie still persists then candidates with higher marks in Section “A” of the selection test shall be given preference.
