EPFO Social Security Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2023

• Education: Graduation/ any degree from any recognized university or its equivalent. Candidates should possess a speed of at least 5000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
• Age Limit: The applicant’s age shall be between 18 years to 27 years, as on the last day for the applications. Age relaxations according to the government norms are applicable.

EPFO SSA 2023 Selection Pattern

EPFO Social Security Assistant Stage 01: Preliminary Exam

•  About 10 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Preliminary exam will get shortlisted for the Main examination.

EPFO SSA Stage 02: Main Examination

•  For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of .25.
• Based on the performance in the main examination, around 5 times the number of vacancies the shortlist will get prepared.
• For both stages, there are both sectional cut-offs and total cut-off scores.
• Apart from the language section, all questions are bilingual (both English and Hindi).

EPFO SSA Stage 03: Computer Skill Test

Shortlisted candidates from the written examination will be required to appear for the Computer Skill Test. EPFO SSA job profile includes data entry works and this skill test is to assess the speed and accuracy of the candidates while working with the computer. The minimum requirement is 5000 key depressions per hour.
