The Gujarat Public Service Commission also known as GPSC was formed on 1^st May 1960. The main purpose of the commission is to select applicants for civil service jobs in the state of Gujarat according to the merits of the applicants and the rules of reservation. GPSC Professor Result 2020 Released. The selection process for the post of professor and associate professor under the Gujarat Public Service Commission is a three-step process. Firstly, the interested and eligible candidates have to write the preliminary examination, the candidates who pass the preliminary examination are eligible to write the main examination which then followed by an interview. So, candidates who are interested for the post must be ready for the preliminary examination, final examination and interview which are the three milestones to be crossed by a candidate to get selected as the Professor or the Associate Professor under the Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC).

Steps to check the GPSC Results

GPSC Professor Result 2020 Released. The candidates who had applied for the preliminary examinations and had attended the examination conducted by the commission on the 12^th of December ,2020 might be eager to know the results which was published by the Gujarat Public Service Commission. Given below are the steps to be followed to get the results without much hassle.

• Firstly, the candidates are supposed to visit the official website of the Gujarat Public Service Commission which is https://gpsc.gujarat.gov.in/.
• The candidates then have to visit the link to search the result.
• One has to enter the necessary details like the roll number or registration number, date of birth and roll number.
• After entering the details click on the login or submit button.
• Once you have entered the details one will get into a new page in which the details of their results will be present.

The candidates are advised to download their results of the preliminary examination for further reference.
