The IB recruitment selection procedure has three levels: Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III. Tier I consists of an online objective-based multiple-choice question. IB Security Tier 2 Assistant Syllabus 2023
- Tier-2 Exam is divided into 2 parts.
- Part 1 (Common for all candidates)- Translation of a passage of 500 words from the local language/dialect to English and vice versa. This offline descriptive test will be of 40 marks and the duration of the exam will be 1 hour.
- Part 2 (Only for SA/Exe.)- Spoken ability at the time of Tier-III exam (Interview/ Personality test)]

- Tier 1 Has 100 questions in Total
- Tier II qualifying marks are 20 out of 50.
- Tier III will be a personal interview with 50 marks
- The correct response will receive one point.
- Each incorrect answer will result in a 1/4-point deduction.
- There would be no credit for a question that was not attempted.
