IGMK Junior Office Assistant Recruitment 2022-Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria of IGM Kolkata recruitment can apply for the post of Junior Office Assistant. The candidates should check their educational qualifications and age limit before applying for the post. If any of the candidates fail to submit the essential documents to prove eligibility, the application will be immediately rejected.
Educational Qualification
Graduate with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed on computer in English@ 40 wpm /in Hindi@ 30 wpm.
Age Limit

Application Fee
The application fee is INR 600/- for the post of Junior Office Assistant for all the categories.
SC/ST/PWD aspirants need not to pay any application fees, however they must pay an intimation cost of INR. 200/- for each post.

IGMK Junior Office Assistant Recruitment 2022-Exam Pattern
Selection to the posts of Junior Office Assistant at B-3 Level will be done in 02 phases:
Phase 1
First Computer based English/Hindi typing (English @ 40 wpm/Hindi @30 wpm) test will be
conducted. Typing test will be only of qualifying nature.
Phase 2
Those candidates who qualify English/Hindi Typing Test (English @ 40 wpm/Hindi @30
wpm) on Computer will be called for online examination.

- The Objective type Online examination will consists of tests on Logical Reasoning, General
awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. - Total marks of the online test will be 160.
- There will be no negative marking for online examination.
- The duration of the examination is 120 minutes
The Scores of Online Examination will be obtained by adopting the following procedure for the
posts of Jr. Office Assistant at B-3 Level :
- Number of questions answered correctly by a candidate in each objective test is considered for arriving at the Corrected Score.
- In the Selection process, an applicant has to obtain high marks in the test and rank sufficiently higher as the final merit list will be drawn by the marks obtained in the online examination only.
- No sectional cut offs.
- No negative marking.
- The minimum qualifying marks i.e. cut off marks (applied on total score) required to consider for placement in different categories are:
