Kerala PSC HSST Geology Vacancy 2026 – Post Wise Details Released
Kerala PSC has officially released the HSST Geology vacancy details 2026, confirming a total of 03 (Three) existing vacancies under the Kerala Higher Secondary Education Department. The ranked list prepared from this notification will remain valid for a minimum period of one year and may extend up to three years, or until a new ranked list is published, whichever occurs earlier.
During this validity period, candidates will be advised not only against the currently reported vacancies but also against future vacancies that may arise and are reported to the Commission.
As per government norms, 4% of the total vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates, in accordance with G.O.(P) No.5/2023/SJD dated 01.10.2023. The appointment for the Higher Secondary School Teacher (HSST) in Geology will follow a direct recruitment procedure consisting of the following stages:
- Written/OMR/Online Examination – Candidates must confirm their intent to appear via the One Time Registration (OTR) system. Only confirmed candidates can download the Admission Ticket during the final 15 days before the exam. Applications without confirmation will be rejected. Key dates will be updated in the Examination Calendar and notified on candidates’ profiles and registered mobile numbers.
- Document Verification – Candidates who qualify in the exam will undergo verification of all required documents, including educational certificates, age proof, and community certificates.
- Interview (if applicable) – An interview may be conducted to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, academic background, and teaching experience.
