Chief Finance Officer-cum- Director (Finance)	An officer from any organised Accounts/Finance services of State/ Central government having a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Director (Project)	Officer of E-in-C/CE/SE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government having a minimum of 5 years’ experience of leading the multidisciplinary team in Metro Rail/ Railways/ Mega Infrastructure project. Preference will be given to Direct recruit Group ”A” Officers of Engineering Services of Indian Railways.
GM (Administration & HR)	Officers from the State/Central government in the relevant field. OR Post Graduate Qualification in MBA (HR) or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience of Administration in Govt. /Private sector.
GM (Procurement)	Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineers from State/ Central government in the relevant field. OR Graduate in Engineering/ Post Graduate Qualification in MBA (Material Management/ Supply Chain Management) or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience of Procurement in Govt. /Private sector.
GM (Property Development / Estate/ PPP)	Officers from the State/Central government in the relevant field. OR Graduate in (Civil/ Architecture/ Law)/ MBA (Finance/ Marketing) or equivalent with 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
GM (Operation & Maintenance)	Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics Engineers of S.E./ Sr.EE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government. OR B.Tech /B.E (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics) or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
GM (Works)	Civil Engineers of S.E./ Sr.EE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government. OR B.Tech /B.E (Civil) or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
GM (Track)	Civil Engineers of S.E./ Sr.EE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government. OR B.Tech /B.E (Civil) or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
GM (Quality Assurance and Quality Control)	Civil Engineers of S.E./ Sr.EE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government. OR B.Tech /B.E (Civil) or relevant with minimum 15 years of professional experience in a relevant field including 5-year experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

GM (Rolling Stock -O&M)	Mechanical Engineers of S.E./ Sr.EE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government. OR B.Tech /B.E (Mechanical) or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Deputy General Manager (Contracts/ Procurement)	Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineers from State/ Central government in the relevant field. OR Graduate in Engineering/ Post Graduate Qualification in MBA (Material Management/ Supply Chain Management) or equivalent with minimum 7 years of professional experience in preparation of tender documents/contract management for infrastructure projects.
Deputy General Manager ( Sales & Marketing)	Officers from the State/ Central government in the relevant field. OR Graduate in Engineering/ MBA (Finance/ Marketing) or relevant qualification with 7 years experience in the field of real estate sales and marketing.
Deputy General Manager of Safety	Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineers of EE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government. OR B.Tech /B.E (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Deputy General Manager- Power System-Traction – E&M	Electrical Engineers of EE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government. OR B.Tech /B.E (Electrical) or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Deputy General Manager (Legal)	Officers from the State/Central government in the relevant field. OR Graduate in Law with 7 years of experience in law field/legal advisor/law officer or equivalent work.
Asst. Manager – admin (Monitoring & Coordination)	Officer in the relevant field and having experience of monitoring and coordination in Government. OR Graduate in any discipline with MBA (Finance / HR) having 5 years of professional experience. Preference will be given to Post Graduate with MBA(Finance / HR). Asst.
Manager – Finance	The officer from any organised Accounts/ Finance services of State/ Central government in the relevant field. OR B.Com with MBA (Finance) having 4 years of professional experience. Preference will be given to Post Graduate in Commerce.
Assistant Engineer	Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Computer Science/ Electronics Engineers of AE rank or equivalent rank in State/Central government in relevant field.
