RPSC RAS Cut Off
Rajasthan PSC RAS selection process is having three stages- Prelim’s exam, Main Exam, and Interview/ Viva-voce. This prestigious exam of the State requires candidates who are well qualified to take the position. There will be a qualifying mark, which are the minimum marks prescribed in the notification itself. For selection to the next phase, candidates should score equal or above cut-off, which the Commission decided. Candidates scoring above the cut-off, a minimum score, will only be eligible to appear for the next level of examination/ the final merit list.
The RPSC RAS cut-off is defined for vertical and horizontal categories. RAS cut off is based on certain factors like
- Number of vacancies notified in the notification
- The difficulty level of the paper
- Number of applicants/ candidates who appeared for the examination
If the vacancy notified is huge, then the cut-off score will be decided to include a greater number of candidates. Same way regarding the difficulty level, usually if the paper is tougher, then it is found to have a comparatively small cut-off score.
