APPSC Degree Lecturer Preparation Tips
With lakhs of applicants against a few vacant positions, on each passing year, the APPSC Degree Lecturer exam is highly competitive and stressful for the aspirants. To avoid the stress and last-minute rush, aspirants should start their preparation early so that they feel confident going in on the day. Early preparation will give the candidates a chance to complete the whole test syllabus, and to attempt free mock tests. If you are new to the APPSC recruitments, start reading the state educational board’s high school textbooks and make sure that you have a very clear idea of basic facts. This will help the aspirants in the General Studies sections in APPSC degree lecturer preparation. To score in the General Studies, and Mental Ability make sure to read at least one daily newspaper and attempt Current Affairs quizzes periodically.
Before relying on any APPSC degree lecturer preparation strategy, download the syllabus and previous year question papers. Once you have the whole syllabus divide it into small parts and create a study timetable. While you are preparing the study timetable, accommodate enough time for revisions, and mock tests. Effective revision schedules enable the aspirants to visit the same topic multiple times making its footprint permanently in their minds. Along with these revisions, candidates should attempt at least a couple of mock tests of both technical well as General Studies sections.
While collecting the study materials, don’t fall into the trap of spending both time, and money mindlessly in buying books, and video courses or in watching some random videos. Before starting your preparation, download the syllabus and familiarize yourself with the topics. Once you are familiar with that try to have a conversation with the previous test takes or to your guides and prepare the list of study materials you required. Try not to rely on multiple books or sources for one topic. STick with your source and learn and revise as much as possible. Prepare study notes and attempt mock tests as you progress in the syllabus. Make sure to revise at least once before going to the exam.
