• Water Resource Department (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
• Water Resource Department (Mechanical): Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
• Panchayati Raj Engineering Service (Civil/Mechanical): Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering
• Tribal Welfare Engineering Department (Civil/Mechanical): Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering
• Public Health and Municipal Engineering Department (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or must have passed in Section A and B AMIE exam conducted by the Institute of Engineers in Civil

Nationality
