• General Science – Current developments in science and technology, as well as their implications, including everyday observation and experience, as might be expected of a well-educated person who has not pursued specialized study in any scientific discipline.

• History of India – the emphasis will be on gaining a broad general understanding of the subject in its social, economic, cultural, and political aspects, with a particular emphasis on the AP Indian National Movement.
