Central Board of Secondary Education has released notice regarding the exam dates for CTET July 2020. The CTET July 2020 exam will be held on 31st January 2021 for primary and upper primary teachers. CTET (Central Teachers Eligibility Test) is a national level entrance exam for teachers in India. Candidates who aspire to become a teacher must attempt teacher eligibility test conducted by respective state/central government to work in a government institution that provides so many perks & benefits. CTET exam is based on the National Curriculum Framework. CBSE conducts CTET exam twice in a year.
The main objective of CTET is to bring national standard in teaching & to improve teacher’s performance standards. It is mandatory for all the candidates to clear the exam with at least 60% to qualify the exam. CTET certificate remains valid for 7 years from the date of announcement of results. You can improve your marks by attempting again if you are not satisfied with the score. Also there is no restriction on number of attempts you can take. CTET 2020 exam July 2020 which was scheduled to be held on 05-/07/2020 has been postponed as a preventive measure against COVID-19 pandemic. Now CBSE has announced the new exam dates for CTET July 2020 on the official website. CBSE will conduct the CTET 2020 Exam on 31st January 2021. CTET 2020 Exam Pattern
CTET 2020 exam is held offline for 150 minutes duration. The exam comprises of two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. As per CTET 2020 Exam Pattern, candidates aspiring to become a teacher for classes 1–5 need to take Paper 1, whereas those candidates who want to become a teacher of classes 6–8 must attempt Paper 2.To teach students of class 1-8, one needs to appear for both Paper 1 and 2. Tabulated below is the CTET exam pattern-

CTET 2020 Admit Card
CTET 2020 Admit Cards is expected to be released in the official website. Candidates can download the admit card from CTET official website, when released. CBSE issues the Admit card 10 days prior to the exam. Candidates must check official website for any updates. Previously CTET was scheduled to be conducted on July but was postponed until further notice due to pandemic.
