IB ACIO Vacancy 2020 – Check Category Wise Vacancy

Every every other year, the Ministry of Home Affairs invites applications from eligible graduates across India towards the IB ACIO. The Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II Executive post is a General Central Service, Group ‘C’ (Non-gazetted, Non-Ministerial) post with all India service liability. Selected candidate’s appointment to the ACIO post will be temporary only. However, appointment in permanent capacity will depend on various factors governing permanent appointment in such posts in force at that time. Intelligence Bureau Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II is entitled to the salary in the pay scale of Rs 9,300-34,800 plus Grade Pay Rs 4200 (Pay Band – 2). On every recruitment cycle, the IB ACIO Vacancy numbers will be around 1000. The exact numbers can be found in the official notification.

Intelligence Bureau ACIO Eligibility Criteria

• Education Qualification: Candidates should have completed graduation in any stream from any UGC recognized institution or its equivalent. Candidates should also have a working knowledge with computers.
• Age Limit: The candidate’s age shall be between 18 years to 27 years. Age relaxations according to the government norms are applicable. ACIO posts are not reserved for any category of physically handicapped (HH, OH, VH) persons.
