Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR Answer Sheets (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall submit an online application through their One Time Registration profile from the official website of the Commission, www.keralapsc.gov.in by remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 335/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Thirty-Five only) via e-payment mode available in the portal.
A period of 15 ((Fifteen) days to apply for photocopy of OMR sheets will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date on which the Ranked Listis is uploaded to the website of the Commission (i.e., on or before 09/09/2023). Application submitted in any other manner will not be considered. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.
Revaluation of Drawing Teacher Answer Script
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed. But the OMR Answer Scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply through their One Time Registration profile from the Commission’s official website www.keralapsc.gov.in by remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 85/- (Rupees Eighty-Five Only).
The fee can be remitted by e-payment through the portal. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. A period of 15 days (Fifteen) time to apply for rechecking of OMR Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date on which the Ranked List is uploaded to the website of the Commission (i.e., on or before 09/09/2023).
Kerala PSC Drawing Teacher Rank List 2026: Other Guidelines
- Community details shown in the Ranked List are based on the information provided by candidates in their application forms and supported by valid documents.
- Candidates who find any discrepancy in the community details recorded in the Ranked List should inform the concerned District Officer of the Kerala Public Service Commission within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to avail reservation benefits.
- If no such intimation is received within the stipulated time, candidates will be advised for appointment strictly as per the details included in the Ranked List.
- Candidates who wish to relinquish their claim for advice from the Ranked List must submit an application in the prescribed format issued by the Commission.
- The prescribed relinquishment format is available on the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission. Applications submitted in any other format will not be considered under any circumstances.
- The relinquishment request should be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer of the State/Central Government and accompanied by a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of a valid photo identity proof, as specified in the general conditions.
- Relinquishment requests received within 15 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List will be honoured against pending vacancy requisitions with the Commission.
- After publication of the Ranked List, relinquishment requests will be considered only if received on or before the date of receipt of the vacancy requisition based on which the candidate is to be advised.
- As the selection was based on a common OMR examination, the marks awarded to candidates will be published only after the finalisation of the entire Ranked List, including lists issued under NCA notifications.
- The rechecking of OMR answer scripts will be initiated in due course. However, photocopies of OMR answer scripts will be issued only after the publication of the Ranked List for all posts finalised through the common test.
- The A and B parts of OMR answer scripts will be destroyed after the completion of six months from the date of finalisation of the last Ranked List related to the common test.
