• The LIC Assistant preliminary examination will be conducted in online mode
• The duration of the examination will be 1 hour for each section.

• There will be no negative marking in the LIC Assistant prelims exam.

LIC Assistant Mains Exam Pattern 2022

• The LIC Assistant Main exam will be conducted online
• The Mains exam will have 5 sections with every question carrying one mark with a total score of 200 marks
• The duration for the examination will be 150 minutes.
• There will be negative marking for wrong answers in the main examination and ¼ marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
• The marks obtained by a candidate in the Preliminary Examination (Phase I) will not be considered for the selection procedure
• Only the marks obtained by a candidate in Main Examination (Phase II) will be considered for final selection.
