RRB NTPC Application Rejection: Link for Complaint

In the last two weeks, the RRB has sent an SMS and e-mail to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email address provided in his/ her application whose RRB NTPC 2019 application is rejected. While for a bunch of application’s rejections, the reasons are invalid photos, signature, duplicate applications, or in some cases it was due to the disparity in the essential educational qualification. If your application is rejected and you think it is unfair then you can contact the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) through the available portal link. Make sure to register your complaint against the RRB NTPC rejected applications as soon as possible since RRB is all set to start the preliminary examination by December 15, 2020. To register your complaint against RRB NTPC rejected applications, please follow the below steps:
- Visit the RRB Chandigarh official website, Click Here
- Click on the ” CEN-01/ 2019 – HELP DESK for grievances of Rejected Applications (NTPC Graduate and Under Graduate Posts)”.
- On the landing page, on the Query tab, select “Others”.
- Select your “RRB Zone”.
- On “Stage wise Query”, select Application Status.
- Enter your registered email id, registration number, and Name.
- On the “Query/ Problem” tab: type your enquiry/ grievances regarding the application status. Make sure to write your complaint in English.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
The link to check your RRB NTPC 2019 rejected application status will be available till September 30, 2020.
RRB NTPC Rejected Applications Reasons

- Invalid photos
RRB has rejected a couple of photos for not following the provided guidelines. Invalid photos include black and white photos, photos with a cap, or wearing goggles. Photos with small size, unrecognisable photos (blurred images), group photos, selfie photo, photo taken by mobile, morphed photo, etc.
- Signature
If the signature of candidates uploaded in RRB NTPC application form is in capital letters or if the image is blurred then RRB rejected such applications.
- Educational Qualification
RRB does not entertain the applicants of candidates who do not possess the essential educational qualifications.
- Date of Birth
If the candidate’s age is not between 18- 33 years then RRB would not accept such applicants.
- Multiple applications
RRRs had asked the candidates not to submit multiple applications through different RRB’s. If any candidate had submitted multiple applications to different RRBs or same RRB, then all applications will be rejected and such candidates will be debarred from appearing in RRC/ RRC exams in the future.
- Debarred candidates
The application forms of candidates whose names appear in the debarred list of any of the RRB/ RRC list will be rejected from the RRB NTPC list.
- Incomplete application
The application forms with incomplete or incorrect details also get rejected by the examination authority.
