Registration Procedures for RPF Constable

Eligible candidates, visit the official website, probably the interesting zonal website.

Step 1: Registration

Candidates click on the Apply Now tab against the RPF Constable 2024 notification.

Then enter the basic details of candidates like the Name, Date of Birth and Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Aadhaar Number (Optional), State/UT, Category, Education Board, 10th/Matric Roll number, year of passing 10th/Matric, mobile number and email-ID.

Verify all the entered details and then submit for registration.

After the registration submission, a registration number and password will be given to the candidate. Keep the registration number as the Central Recruitment Committee will not entertain any such request seeking a registration number. Along with that, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number and e-mail ID of the candidate.

Now, candidates can log in to the website for completing the application form.

Step 2: Application Form Details

After login proceeds to fill in other details of the application process, such as add the educational qualification, Gender, Religion, ESM, Minority, economically backward class, Age relaxation (eligibility category as applicable).

Step 3: Application Fee

Choose the application fee submission mode – online or offline such as Bank (whether it is online, net banking/credit card/debit card & offline->Other Modes->Bank Branch for Challan) or Post Office Challan.

• For Unreserved Categories: Rs. 500/-
• For candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-serviceman/Female/Minorities/Economically backward class: Rs. 250/-

Step 4: Select Zone and Group

Choose the Zonal Railways included in that group. But for Group E and F. Those opting for E and F can only choose Northern Frontier Railway and RPSF.

Step 5: Upload Documents

• Upload a color photograph with white/light color background
• The size should be 35mm X 45mm with the name of the candidate and the date of the photo taken printed on it.
• It is advised to keep at least 12 copies of the same photograph for further use in the recruitment process.
• SC/ ST candidates seeking relaxations should upload scanned copies of their SC/ST certificates in JPG/JPEG format, and a size limit of 50kb – 100kb.

Finally, confirm the declaration and submit the application form. Also, take the printout of the same for future references, and keep it till the completion of the recruitment procedure.

Procedures for Application Modification

Candidates can make corrections in the submitted form, in case they had made mistakes other than in State, email, and mobile number.

The modification of data can be done by paying the modification fee of Rs. 250/- which is non-refundable.

Also, the modification to the registration and application details can be done twice only

However, the Registration number of the candidate, email id, and mobile number cannot be changed.

Steps to make a modification of the application is as follows:

• Go to the Online/E-Application link for the post.
• Then, click on the ‘Modify Application’ link.
• Login using candidates’ Registration Number and Password.
• Make the modification fee through any of the modes available for the same asl examination fee payment. And, ensure payment is done well within the date and time prescribed.
• After making payment, again log in using the Registration Number and Password to proceed with the changes intended as per instructions given and then submit the application.
• And, take the printout of the latest application for references
