UP Jail Warder Eligibility Criteria 2021
Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) invites applications from eligible candidates for the UP Jail Warder post 2021. More than 3500 vacancies shall be announced. You can apply for the post through the official website of UP Police. Following are the for UP Jail Warder eligibility criteria 2021.
UP Jail Warder Age Limit
- For Male candidates, their age should be in between 18-22 years.
- Female candidates’ age should be in between 18-25 years.
Age Relaxation
- Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes: 5 Years
- Other Backward Classes: 5 Years
- Physically Handicapped: 5 Years

Applicants must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board or institution.

UP Jail Warder Eligibility 2021: Selection Process
There are four stages of selection process for the UP Jail Warder Recruitment 2021, such as Written Exam, Pysical Standard Test, Physical Measurement Test and Document Verification. The applicants must clear each and every stage to reach the Jail Warder position.
Written Test
In the written exam, there are four subjects (General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability, IQ and Reasoning Ability) with objective type questions. The total marks of the exam will be 300.

Physical Standard Test
If the candidate clears the cut off for the written test, he/she will be eligible for the second stage. During the second stage, the UPPRPB will evaluate the candidate’s physical characteristics. This examination will be of qualifying nature. The candidate have to complete the various physical tests within the given deadline or else you will be disqualified.
