1. January – March 2025:

• Categories: Assistant Loco Pilot
• Vacancies Assessment: To be completed by June 30, 2026.
• Assessment of Vacancies in OIRMS: November 2024
• Indenting of Vacancies after Approval: December 2024
• Proposal for Draft CEN: January 2025

During this phase, the focus is on assessing the vacancies for the Assistant Loco Pilot category, with the aim of releasing the proposal for draft CEN by January 2025.

2. April – June 2025:

• Categories: Technicians
• Vacancies Assessment: To be completed by June 30, 2026.
• Assessment of Vacancies in OIRMS: January-February 2025
• Indenting of Vacancies after Approval: February-March 2025
• Proposal for Draft CEN: March 2025

This period focuses on technician roles, where the assessment and proposal activities are scheduled early in the year to ensure timely recruitment.

3. July – September 2025:

• Assessment of Vacancies in OIRMS: April-May 2025
• Indenting of Vacancies after Approval: May-June 2025
• Proposal for Draft CEN: June 2025

4. October – December 2025:

• Categories:
  • Level 1
  • Ministerial & Isolated Categories
• Vacancies Assessment: To be completed by December 31, 2026.
• Assessment of Vacancies in OIRMS: July 2025
• Indenting of Vacancies after Approval: August 2025
• Proposal for Draft CEN: September 2025

As the year progresses, the calendar focuses on Level 1 and isolated categories. This phase ensures that the recruitment process for these categories is aligned with the broader timeline, leading up to the final stages of proposal and approval by September 2025.
