Table of Contents
The Employees Provident Fund Organizations is to assist in administering the compulsory contributory Provident Fund Scheme, for the organized workforce in India. EPFO invited applications from the eligible graduates to fill the EPFO Assistant posts across India. The selection process has two stages of written examination for screening.

EPFO Assistant Selection Pattern
EPFO Assistant Stage 01: Preliminary Exam

- About 10 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Preliminary exam will get shortlisted for the Main examination.

- For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of .25.
- Based on the performance in the main examination, around 5 times the number of vacancies the shortlist will get prepared.
- For both stages, there are both sectional cut-offs and total cut-off scores.
- Apart from the language section, all questions are bilingual (both English and Hindi).
