The revised pay scales is:
- High School Assistant (Higher Grade): ₹41,300 – ₹68,700

After completing 7 years of service, HSAs are eligible for promotion to the Higher Grade (HG), which offers a pay scale of ₹44,300 – ₹68,700. This promotion acknowledges the growing expertise and contributions of the teacher. - Senior Grade Promotion (Sen Gr)
Upon reaching 15 years of service, the HSA can be promoted to the Senior Grade (Sen Gr), with a pay scale of ₹48,700 – ₹68,700. At this stage, the teacher takes on additional responsibilities and leadership roles within the institution. - Selection Grade Promotion (Sel Gr)
